Simple SharePoint forms for non IT people

Posted on July 18, 2020August 31, 2020 by Tom

“Is there a simple and easy way, teachable even to non IT people, to create forms to collect information?”

If the required information is not complex, you can use Microsoft Forms that are included in the Microsoft 365 subscription, accessible on address: https://forms.office.com/. Login with the same account as you use for Outlook and the other Microsoft services.

The form can be even embedded directly into your Modern SP page and the data can be stored into a SharePoint list using a simple Power Automate flow.
